    Phase One

    Connect with me and we'll meet for a no-pressure call to ensure we're a good fit. After a 25% deposit and signed contract, I'll send over your design questionnaire and complimentary Website Copy Guide to help you get started on your content.

  • Culitvate Your Copy

    Phase Two

    If you're writing your own copy, Bloom includes a Copy Strategy Call. We'll review your sitemap and Copy Guide together so you feel confident crafting your words without the dreaded blinking cursor.

  • Create + Collaborate

    Phase Three

    On your project start date, we'll have a 1-hour Pre-Design Strategy Call to understand your business, goals, and aesthetic preferences. I'll use these insights to establish a clear strategic and visual direction for your website.

  • Refine + Shape

    Phase Four

    I'll design your homepage first for approval before moving to the rest of the site. You'll then review your new mobile-responsive, accessible, and SEO-optimized design. You'll have two rounds of revisions before I wrap up the technical details.

  • Time to Bloom

    Phase Five

    Launch time. You'll receive social launch graphics, brand guidelines, and custom video tutorials so you can make updates yourself. If that's not your thing, book a VIP Design Day to handle future updates.

    Note - You may choose to write your own words and use stock photography to minimize costs, but branding is essential. Professional photography and strategic copy play an enormous role in the success of your website and often book out months in advance.

    Also recommended:

    → lead management tools (Mailchimp, Flodesk, ConvertKit, Squarespace Campaigns etc)

  • Yes, every website is designed with SEO best practices built in.

    SEO is complex, and there are many ways to enhance your ranking after launch. You may work with an SEO specialist for keyword research and backlink strategies, or a copywriter to create keyword-rich content if you have specific goals.

    Many designers offer SEO as an add-on service, but best practices are standard in my packages. You'll always have proper heading hierarchy, optimized page titles and meta descriptions, compressed images with descriptive file names, alt text for all images, internal linking, page speed checks, mobile optimization, Google Analytics and Search Console setup, and tools like SEOspace to check for gaps.

    If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to ask.

  • The Mini Brand Add-on is for semi-custom websites or when we need to freshen up your color palette for web accessibility. This doesn't include logo design or deep brand strategy work.

    For full brand strategy and collaborative work on your target market, vision, mission, and values, I'm happy to refer you to brand designers who match your aesthetic and industry.

    I also have a partnership with a brand designer who knows travel inside and out.

  • I recommend working with a I recommend working with a copywriter for strategic, conversion-focused website copy. I'm happy to refer you.

    It's common to invest at least $2500+ and allow 1-3 months for final copy unless you book an intensive.

    If you prefer to write your own words, I provide a Website Copy Guide ($400 value) with strategic prompts for all design projects. Bloom clients also receive a complimentary Website Content Strategy Call, plus editing support and recommendations during the design phase.

    Note: all content is required one week before your project start date.

  • Once we've had a call and I have a good idea of your project scope, I can give you a better idea of a timeline.

    I work with one project at a time and typically recommend at least 30 days to complete your ‘homework’ so it’s completed thoughtfully.

    In order, you will want to complete your branding (colour palette, typeface, brand strategy), brand photography + copywriting and then website design. Allow enough time for each of these before your website design weeks.

  • Yes, to secure your date requires 25% down, 25% is due the week before the project and 50% on the date of completion.

  • Squarespace is a solid all-in-one platform for small business owners and solopreneurs. It can host blogs, portfolios, smaller e-commerce shops, courses, email marketing, scheduling, and now includes project management.

    The drag-and-drop functionality lets you make content updates without worrying about breaking anything or paying monthly maintenance fees to a developer. It also has 24/7 support and a helpful community forum.

    I've invested in three Squarespace-specific design courses to become an expert at the platform and confidently recommend it to most small businesses. If you're not sure it's right for you, just ask.
